Before you arrive
Jenna will confirm the access arrangements, check-in and departure times for your booking. Please keep those instructions available while travelling, as door or key information is not published on this public page.
Parking and arrival
Off-road parking is available at Olrig Bank. Please park considerately so that access remains clear for other guests and the property.
Main House, Cottage and garden
The Main House and Cottage can be booked separately or together. When they are occupied by separate bookings, the large garden is a shared space. Please be considerate of other guests and supervise children in the garden.
Wi-Fi, heating and appliances
The information supplied for your booking will include the current Wi-Fi details and any instructions needed for heating or appliances. Please contact Jenna rather than attempting repairs or resetting equipment if something is not working as expected.
During your stay
For questions, maintenance problems or anything that affects your stay, use the contact details on the Contact page. For an urgent emergency involving immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service first.
Departure
Please follow the departure instructions provided for your booking, secure the property and return keys as directed. Let Jenna know promptly about any damage or maintenance issue so it can be dealt with before the next guests arrive.
